A young man named Ezekiel Samuel has come forward with a serious claim. He says his left kidney was removed during a hospital visit. He did not give consent and he did not know how it happened.
VDM says Ezekiel came to his office on 18 August 2026 after he found out about the missing kidney. VDM did not just share the story. He took the young man to check it himself.
That same day they went to Nisa Premier Hospital in Abuja. An ultrasound scan with Ezekiel's name on it showed that his left kidney was not there. The next day they went to Federal Medical Center Jabi. Doctors looked at more scans and a medical report was also shown proving that the left kidney is missing.
This is the kind of thing that makes people afraid to go to hospital. If a person can go in for treatment and leave without a kidney they never gave permission to remove, then no one is truly safe on that hospital bed. What a scary country.
